HCG 2.0 Diet is a 40-Day Protocol

The HCG 2.0 diet is divided into 3 phases. Following the steps is extremely important to obtain results.

Overeating (Loading)

Phase: 1-2 Days

This phase consists of two(2) days. During this phase, you need to load as many as you can. So eat all foods that are high in fats and high in calories .Enjoy these 2 days,nothing is out of limits.

Low Calorie Diet (LCD)

Phase: 3-40 Days

This is the low calorie phase. The amount of calories you can consume will be determined by your Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR). In this phase, the HCG Drops will begin to convert the stored fat into energy.


Phase: 40+ Days

This phase is equally as important as the low calorie diet phase. During the maintenance phase you can resume eating 125% of your BMR. Keeping the weight off is up to you.
